I ordered a washer dryer at the end of August with a delivery time of 7-10 …
After our vacation, we returned the item new and unused after the delivery or return deadline. Because it was a wrong order regarding the color. The company was not at all accommodating and offered to refund the amount. Less 15% of the original purchase price. For me this is extremely exaggerated and not at all accommodating. Because of this, I have to say that I am very dissatisfied and dealing with the customer in this way is very unfair and I think it is a rip-off. But yes, that is my opinion. Make up your own mind. I just wanted to share my experience here with all of you. In any case, you should know that the company is not at all accommodating. This is the first time I've experienced a company charging me 15% because I return the item after the deadline, especially if it's unused. But yes, you can also take care of customers that way!
